Ⅰ. Before production

4. Open the valve of the air pipeline, and when the air source reaches about 6 atmospheres, test whether the solenoid valves and cylinders work well, whether the action is wrong or insensitive, whether the air circuit is blocked, whether the motor and bearing are lubricated, It is strictly forbidden to run without oil. At the same time, observe whether the fasteners in each part are loose. If the above situation occurs, the production cannot be carried out, and the production can only be carried out after troubleshooting;

5. Check whether the fault signal is good and whether the action is effective;

Ⅲ. After production

1. Power off: Cut off the main power supply.

2. Shut off the air: cut off the air source, and discharge the residual pressure air in the system.
