A.How to use the bottled water production line

1. To wash the bottle, first fill the cleaning water tank with water, insert the water bottle to be cleaned into the bottle washing position, press the bottle washing start switch, the device will automatically start to wash the bottle, and reach the set cleaning time (users can adjust according to the pollution of the water bottle) The cleaning time is controlled by a time relay in the electric control box) After the equipment cleaning work stops, it can enter the filling station for filling work. Note: When the number of cleaning water bottles exceeds 60 or the water in the water tank is dirty, please replace the cleaning water in the water tank in time.

2. Filling Push the cleaned water bottle to the filling position by hand, confirm that the filling water inlet valve has been opened, press the bottle washing start switch, and the equipment will automatically start the filling work, and the set filling time is reached (the user can The filling time is adjusted according to whether the water in the water bottle is full, and the filling work of the equipment stops after the control of a time relay in the electric control box, and the capping station can be entered for capping work.

3. Glanding Push the filled water bottle to the capping position, place the cap on the mouth of the water bottle by hand, and press the capping lever until the cap is tight. At this time, the cleaning, filling and capping work cycle of a bottle is completed.
